What items do you accept for consignment?

We accept clean, gently used clothing, accessories, and unique pieces that are in great condition and align with current styles. We also welcome standout vintage and specialty items.

Do I need an appointment to bring items in?

No appointment is needed. Just stop by during business hours with your items and a valid government-issued ID. We will create an account for you if you do not already have one.

How do I get paid for my items?

We offer three easy options—take cash on the spot for items we purchase, or consign your items and get paid via direct deposit on the 1st and 15th for anything that sells. If you choose store credit, your balance will be on your store account.

How do you decide what to accept?

Our team carefully reviews each item based on style, condition, brand, and current demand in the store.

What happens to the items that aren't accepted?

Items we’re unable to accept will be returned to you during your visit so you can decide what you’d like to do with them.

How long does the process take?

Most reviews happen while you shop and typically take just a short time (15-20 mins), depending on how many items you bring in and consigners are in line. If you have an account and are choosing Consignment (not cash), you will have the option to leave it in a bin if you do not want to wait.
